Rachael Ellis

Rachael joined Cortus in January 2025, bringing over 15 years’ transactions experience from time spent at EY and latterly PwC. She has extensive experience of supporting corporates, PE houses and funders, leading buyside, sellside and refinancing engagements. Rachael has worked across a range of sectors in the Midlands market but with a particular specialism and enthusiasm for Consumer Markets and Technology businesses.
