John Hughes

John is a seasoned operating executive, and former Senior Partner with KPMG, who helps industry disruptors rapidly scale and international corporations reach their full valuation by implementing business transformation strategies that ignite high performance and revenue growth. Since leaving KPMG, John has held various senior Board roles, including Executive Chairman of Yodel Logistics (with 12,500 employees) to the smallest startups, delivering on transformation projects and fundraises. Having advised on transactions valued in the billions involving both financing and mergers and acquisitions during a 30-year career specialising in the retail and logistics sectors, he now chairs five different businesses.
