We’re really pleased to welcome Muhannad Nammari (“Mo”) to Cortus Advisory Group as a Transaction Services Partner, in our London team.

Mo joins us from PwC at an exciting point in our growth, bringing over 17 years experience in transaction services and a strong track record supporting both corporates and private equity clients across a range of sectors.

He has developed particular expertise within the Business Services sector, with a primary focus on the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) space and engineering services, where he has advised on numerous transactions and built a strong understanding of key value drivers. He also has experience across broader business services, including the built environment and education services, and will play a key role in continuing to build our presence in these areas.

Mo also brings complementary experience across asset-backed and essential service sectors, including real estate and infrastructure. His real estate experience spans a range of asset classes, including commercial, logistics, residential and student accommodation, alongside infrastructure experience across telecoms, energy and social infrastructure. These areas provide a natural extension to his core sector focus and represent additional avenues for growth.

As ever, it’s not just about experience – Mo’s collaborative approach and focus on delivering clear, practical advice for clients really stood out.

His appointment is another important step as we continue to build out our London presence under Paul Kearney and strengthen our national footprint across all our offices.
