Gill Crofton

Gill joined Cortus’ Transaction Team in September 2021 after an unpaid career break allowing her to bring up two young children. Gill started her career working alongside owner managed businesses (OMB) at Mazars. Gill then worked in Golf retail for two years obtaining “real world” experience. Since 2017, Gill has been involved with Leeds based domestic violence and abuse charity Behind Closed Doors (BCD). Gill has extensive experience in transactions, providing support to both corporate and PE backed businesses in the acquisition of OMBs as well as larger corporate entities. Gill has a particular specialism in the IT services sector.
