Mo has advised mid-market and large-cap clients on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions – spanning acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and strategic investments – across Business Services, TMT, Health Care & Life sciences, Industrials and Real Estate. Mo joins Cortus to work in the Transaction Services team in our London office.
