Charlene joined Cortus in July 2025. With over 15 years of HR experience in scaling SMEs across the leisure, travel and tech sectors , she brings a wealth of expertise across the full HR spectrum. She’s especially passionate about creating exceptional colleague experiences and driving engagement at every stage of the employee journey — from onboarding to development and beyond.

Outside of work, Charlene enjoys playing padel, hitting the gym, exploring new places and going on long dog walks.
