Paul Kearney

Paul Kearney joined as a Partner in Cortus Advisory Group’s Transaction Services team in February 2025.

He is an experienced Corporate Finance partner who has specialised in Financial Due Diligence for over 20 years advising corporates, Private Equity Houses and their portfolio companies and other financial institutions on over 200 transactions across a variety of geographies. Having previously worked at Grant Thornton and RSM, Paul joins Cortus Advisory Group to support the expansion of the business in London and the South.
Paul has experience across a broad range of industry sectors, with particular expertise in the Media and Technology, Business Services and Industrial and Manufacturing sectors.
