In March 2021, Cortus Advisory Group set its growing team a challenge - to run 100km from 1^st May to 31^st May - with the company donating £1 for every kilometre achieved.

Four members of the 8 strong team (Nicola Merritt, Dan Gallagher, Martin Long and Ben Emmett) smashed the target, running 550 kilometres and raising £550 for Breast Cancer Now.

James Groot of Cortus Advisory said “Cancer is a horrible disease that continues to impact so many people and families across the country and supporting cancer charities is vitally important at this time given the impact of the pandemic on treatment delays and provision of care.  As a business, we believe we should support the communities in which we operate and are therefore delighted to be able to do our bit and donate to Breast Cancer Now.  It was great to see our new joiners get involved and look forward to supporting more incredibly worthwhile causes going forwards.”
