John was formerly a senior partner of KPMG where he led the UK Transaction Services team and was also Head of UK Private Equity and Global Deal Advisory Learning and Development. Since leaving KPMG in 2016, John has held various senior Board roles, most recently as Executive Chairman of Yodel and Chairman of Qualtex Global. Specialising in M&A, IPOs and business consulting, John has been both a Principal and Advisor. He provides valuable insight to the team at Cortus and its clients.
