Transaction Services Associate Director
Gill joined Cortus Advisory as Associate Director in September 2021. Prior to joining Cortus Advisory Group, Gill spent over ten years advising owner managed businesses with turnover up to £100m providing insight to various industries from Professional sports clubs to Specialist Manufacturers. Alongside Audit services, Gill advised on transactions for management buy outs and PE backed investments. She went to work in golf retail with one of her clients before taking a career break to have a family. On returning to work and joining Cortus Advisory Group, Gill provides a commercial in-sight to the transactions always seeking to ask “why?” from an investment and vendor stance aiming to understand the nuances of the transaction.
