We were delighted to support LDC-backed Omniplex Learning – a leading provider of digital learning and development services - make their first such acquisition when they bought SAAS digital adoption specialist Nickelled.
Using Cortus Compass, we were able to define Omniplex Learning’s acquisition criteria and match it against a target list of relevant opportunities. We then helped them to refine that list and approach those they were most interested in.
This ultimately led to them making an offer and we provided further buyside support through to acquisition due diligence.
