Manchester-based Tosca Debt Capital provided a £20m boost to recruiter, The MCG Group, to support its acquisition strategy. 

The MCG Group, which employs nearly 300 staff, provides recruitment, consultancy and project-based services within construction, education, healthcare and technology sectors in the UK and internationally.  It is headquartered in London.

TDC has so far operated as a private debt fund with a focus on supporting the growth plans of the UK lower mid-market. This was their first integrated finance transaction.
