RSK acquires RSK Orbital and Smith and Kennedy

RSK Group continued its acquisition streak in April with Cortus providing due diligence on the acquisition of RSK Orbital and sister companies SkyVision International, The Scan Station Smith in addition to Dublin based Smith + Kennedy.  

Cheshire-headquartered RSK Orbital is a specialist aerial survey company, offering cloud support to some of the largest oil and utilities companies in the UK. It offers surveys using various means of vehicle, being fixed wing, helicopter or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV or Drone). The specialist nature of some of the surveys they provide allows them to be a market leader. 

Clients include the National Grid, Network Rail, SGN, Jacobs, Shell, Essar, TOTAL, SNCF and O2. 

Smith + Kennedy Architects Limited provide architectural services including feasibility studies, through to in depth design and are based in Dublin, Ireland. Set up in the early 1960s, the firm executes work in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Brazil, and comprises a team of 20.
